Today I decided to pick a card from the Ask Your Guides deck and the card I picked is Physical Body.  The message for someone reading this is……pay attention to the messages your body is sending you today.   There may be an imbalance occurring…..have you been eating balanced meals?  Have you been eating a variety of foods?

Its very important to mix up what you are eating….instead of eating the same thing day after day.  I keep hearing “find balance….find balance”…..if you’ve been feeling a little “off” or more tired than usual lately…..increase the amounts of fruits and veggies.  If you’ve been eating fruits and veggies but have been eating the same ones over and over….try some new ones.

Pay attention to what foods do not seem to agree with you….for example….if you snack on something…..take note as to whether you feel rejuvinated after eating it…..or if you are dragging.  Give careful consideration to the portion size too….you want to take in just enough to satisfy you for a few hours…..stop eating before you feel full…..but also be mindful you are eating just enough to give you the energy you need.  Eat slowly and chew your food well.

Also make sure you are well hydrated…..what have you been drinking?  Drink lots of water…..water is the carrier of the energetic electrical system in the body… will help carry away old energy and bring in new energy.

This is also a message to get outside……do some yard work…..spend some time by a lake or ocean…..go for a walk or hike and a woodsy area.  Put your bare feet in some dirt in the ground….this will connect you to the earth and and energy that’s been weighing you down will drain down into the earth….and the earth will know what to do with that energy.
